PRIVACY & ASSET DATA PROTECTION POLICY
How Aquifer & Vessel Integrity Services Inc. safeguards municipal utility data, infrastructure blueprints, and telemetry records.
EFFECTIVE DATE: JANUARY 1, 2026 // REVISION: 3.1 // AVIS-SEC-DOC
1. CRITICAL INFRASTRUCTURE INFORMATION SECURITY
Aquifer & Vessel Integrity Services Inc. ("AVIS", "we", "us", or "our") recognizes that municipal potable water storage facilities and industrial fire protection vessels constitute critical physical infrastructure. We adhere to strict information security standards to ensure that utility blueprints, exact GPS coordinates, water distribution capacities, structural vulnerability assessments, and video logs remain confidential and protected from unauthorized dissemination.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When municipal officials, water superintendents, or industrial plant engineers utilize our website or engage our inspection rigs, we collect:
- Facility Engineering Parameters: Storage vessel type, nominal capacity, coating specifications, and operational age entered into our online scope estimator.
- Official Contact Information: Name, municipal agency or corporate affiliation, official title, email address, phone number, and billing location.
- Diagnostic Inspection Data: High-definition video archives, ultrasonic thickness readings, sediment profiling scans, and certified engineering stamps gathered during active field operations.
3. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION
All collected technical and contact data is used exclusively to:
- Generate customized engineering audit proposals and AWWA D100 / NFPA 25 scope specifications.
- Mobilize mobile telemetry field rigs to designated municipal or industrial water storage sites.
- Produce stamped engineering inspection reports for municipal archives, state Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) filings, and property insurance underwriters.
4. NON-DISCLOSURE & NO THIRD-PARTY SALE
We strictly do not sell, rent, monetize, or disclose any client data, facility coordinates, or inspection findings to commercial data brokers, advertising networks, or third parties. Diagnostic records are released only to designated utility personnel or state regulatory authorities as explicitly authorized in writing by the client.
5. DATA RETENTION & SECURITY PROTOCOLS
Inspection video logs and ultrasonic thickness data are stored on encrypted, access-controlled offline arrays at our Tulsa operations facility. Hardened digital archives are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years to satisfy state EPA audit lookback requirements, after which records may be securely archived or purged upon client request.
